I always love it when the editors cut to an exterior shot of where Jordan is, and they add the reverb muffle to it It's just always such a funny audio aesthetic
I remember when I made a video and I used a "small room" filter on the audio whenever I was in my base, and I used filters for larger rooms in my quarry and other places. It took forever, but the video turned out great. Unfortunately, the audio pitch also went up a lot, so whenever I upload I sound like I'm 10 years old. Hahaha, the iMovie curse!
10:19 Accidentally actually hacking his way out is such a Jardoon thing to do 😂 Finishing the video and seeing Jardon managed to unknowningly cheese most of the puzzles is so him as well 😂
Hello @CaptainSparklez ! I'm the creator of the map. A friend of mine just randomly scrolled over your video and recognized the map from the auto playing thumbnail. You put a smile on my face and made me laugh a couple of times throughout the run, and I had a great time watching you getting soft locked, glitching through and finally completing my map the regular way! I hope you had a lot of fun playing the map, and didn't get too frustrated :P
The problem with these escape rooms is that the map makers always use some obscure minecraft mechanics to solve a puzzle and forget that you can just cheese it with much easier and simpler methods
Another way he could have gotten a bucket was by crafting a barrel to turn the villager into a fisherman who sells a bucket of cod for 3 emeralds at the first level. Since Jordan had 10 planks, he could use 3 to make 6 planks, and use 6 of his remaining 7 planks to make a barrel leaving him with 1 plank.
Wow it took twenty years and Jardon still looks the same. People may say it's a skincare routine, but it's pretty clear this is more proof Jardon is immortal
There's a way to escape to the Nether on this map. If you don't remove the 9 lava blocks from the lava room and you add it to the one lava from the end, then you can use both cauldrons to get obsidian, and you get all 10 blocks needed for the Nether portal.
but you'd have to manage to "grab" one lava block away from those first 9 to get to the stone underneath and continue progression, and you don't have fire res before either
A speed run of this would be interesting, if the goal is to trigger that command block i image you just collect enough slabs, clip out of the map, hop your way up, then place a button on it right? Could be fun
This reminds of the Game Theory video about surviving Saw traps by using anything you can find to your advantage, and Jardon does that expertly. This was a blast to watch! One thing I would recommend is retexturing the bedrock to something nicer.
Genuinely dont know how the editing has gotten so good, its sad that less people watch his content than before cause they missing out, like im not even that into minecraft rn but these vids are great
0:54: But then, I had a very good idea. I used F5. You see, using F5 gave me a whole new perspective on things and allowed me to see a chest I couldn’t have seen before.
Jardon Cheeserson accidentally being the lord of the cheese again. Cheesus Christ, manz. If a game can be broken, this man will break it. If it cannot be broken, he sometimes will break it anyway.
This was freaking hilarious and loved every moment, especially when you accidentally beat the map after trying to un-softlock yourself from the minecart!
When placing a rail on the ground, you don’t need to place it on the ground, if there is a block next to it, you can just place it on the side and it will place on the ground!
hmmm, you could have still continued diverting water by BLOCKING it temporarily so that it flows through the hole and so that you can freely go back and forth.
Tried the map myself before watching the video, realised that I could do whatever the minecart was for with a water bucket. So I saved iron, got a pick, used the bucket to pick up the water from earlier, cleared all of the rails and swum up using my water bucket, picked up the redstone ore which was detecting the minecart with a furnace, went up and down and through crawl spaces using the free water, used the 4 extra redstone + my button to easily solve the redstone activation puzzle, emptied the soul sand water stream with the bucket, used it to do the cauldron puzzle at the end, and ended up winning without doing half the map.
I always love it when the editors cut to an exterior shot of where Jordan is, and they add the reverb muffle to it
It's just always such a funny audio aesthetic
Especially when they muffle the music too

That part was amazing
I can do that its a glich
He's so used to sadistic map makers that he sees puzzles when there aren't any.
Jardon?
or perhaps more that its comical these types of maps often are badly planned and are easily cheezed or misunderstood etc
The editing and angles in this are great. You some how manage to make a genre so interesting / funny years in. Talent
Yeah it looks so good!
how did he do it tho. Does he just have 69 alts spectating him

nifty thinking!

Facts
Nope its the fact legends never die. Includes aging
Jordan at 50.
The queen:
Our battle shall be legendary
It's the clones. If they keep cloning they never age
The editor musta put a ton of effort into this, it’s great! The edits look awesome

Maybe using a boat clip could work too
*glances at the stone button* Hey, they gave me all the tools. I thought I did it right hahaha
That's what I did when I played through the map-- I was like, "I technically won, right? The best kind of winning!"

its jordan
@@jaspersrab7378 I must have picked it up from his subreddit

can i just say-- huge props to the editor of these videos, they always look so cool

I love how he used the minecart for progressing and keeping the blocks, a smart idea. Also, it was funny how he kept grabbing everything.
I'm fully convinced escape rooms were created as a torture device by cats as part of their plan to take over
Kim I did not fought I would see you here
I didnt fink id shee him harr eidar!
We must eliminate cats before its too late!
Sorry, but i'm a secret Cat-Agent, your arres- oh hello- uhm... Glorious leader.. please don't nuke me.

The third person edits are beautiful
0:53 but then I had a very good idea. I used F5 and it gave me a whole new view of the world
A man of culture I see.
Jardoons reactions to things + his amazing editor/editors makes for some hilarious content
yes I love these escape rooms keep up the awsome work
He's pulling off more big brained plays than the typical Minecraft escape channel
You could have used your planks to make a barrel and traded with the fisherman to get a bucket of cod.
Well, your official escape time is 20mins 50sec and 20 ticks, plus however long it would've taken to go push the button :P
Ever since minecraft escape rooms became a thing, I've been hoping jardon would do a video on one so I could watch one that wasn't staged lol
True
The editing for this video was incredible
he found the speedrun strat with going out of the map using the minecart
This entire map is just like a BotW shrine, there’s no rules so just do whatever you want to complete it
I really love this concept and I love the clever tricks you came up with too, excellent stuff
Can’t unsee the bedrock bear now-
WHY IS NOBODY TALKING ABOUT HOW JORDAN SAYS 'LICHEN' LIKE LICKEN?? IT'S LIKEN
The editing in this is INSANE!
the editing in this is absolutely top notch. great comedic timing
Interesting how I first make a video about Bean's Bedrock Puzzle, and then you made this video.... Very intriguing
Nie sądzę, żeby było powiązanie.
Jardon: you can't piston bedrock!
Me: well *technically...*
Captain: "Can glow lichen work like vines?"
5 seconds later
*Unalives*
5:13 Huhrr...
When you thought of when you had to come back through and simultaneously the villager makes the generic sound
JORDAN. HOW. The bedrock texture comment....DUDE IT'S THE FREAKING WARDEN

Jordan Breaking the map made me crack up.
I really love how cinematic this video was, well done!!!
These type of videos that have no limits are cool
Map makers everywhere now know, never give jardon a Minecart.
Or just build the map around the assumption that it will be abused
The sound and visual editing for this video is top notch! Love it!
I loved the editing and style of the video! Nice work
This video is so underrated
This deserves more Acknowledgement and respect
Awesome video
Awesome editing as well ❤
Alex's (I think that's right) editing is just so 👌👌👌

Oh Captain, my Captain

The mixture of gameplay and animation is great
