Jardon you didn't solve the puzzle in the most efficient way possible and now i am upset
Honestly, the main reason I watch you do these kinds of maps instead of anyone else is because you almost never do it in the best way and watching you struggle is funny

It's hilarious how when he searched "leather" in the creative menu, the leather boots were _right there_ but he was so tunnel visioned on crafting them lol

i feel like an ender pearl would have been useful for the "cross the gap" one but i respect the commitment to the door strat

Is there a reason he can't just... give himself leather boots... Why was he so insistent on crafting them in the level to the point he forgot he can just START WITH THEM??
i immediately thought of a water bucket
He would take damage from the pearl and since he only has one heart he would die
Jardon forgetting about ender pearls multiple rooms in a row is quite comedic.
And the thought of crafting logs into 4 planks never crossed his mind

It’s kind of funny to see the levels Jardon just brute-forces by being *obscenely* good at Minecraft.
That said, I do have to point out that the horse level specifically called for standing on “a” glowstone. Like, one you could have placed.
Edit: I do kind of want to see you do challenge mode because I have a hunch some of your solutions will work just as well in challenge mode.
Also, could he just place two boats?
how did he not use elytra a single time tho? until the levels mentioned you can't use it.... was one of the easiest ways of passing most of those levels

Jardon on lvl 29, "maybe I can craft leather boots..." While looking at leader boots on the creative menu 😂
During the fishing round, Jardoon could have gotten four fish in buckets + a rod and been near-instantly done with the level
The piston could have been done easier.
One sticky piston to pull the block away from the wall. Another to pull it sideways.
You can either do that 2 high so you can walk through, or use the trapdoor to crawl through.
This is exactly what i was screaming from behind the screen here lol

you also only need a block and and an ender pearl, place a block near the wall, stand on it and ender pearl into the corner you created. actually not hard to do
On the snow level, when he wanted to craft leather boots, was there anything stopping him from just getting boots from creative mode?
no there wasn't, he could've just gotten the boots and 4 dummy items, put the boots on and just walk there

Never thought I'd ever see Edgar the cow ever again in my life, I thought they'd forever be trapped in a hole as part of my early adult years before the dark age of revelation
The sad part for me is I was just rewatching trollcraft when this was uploaded, so the death was extremely fresh in my mind

@@ZackRToler trollcraft was the first series I watched on captainsparklez, with SSundee and Crainer where they would troll each other. Jardon had two cows named Edgar and Steve who fell to their deaths within a few episodes because SSundee had put them on leads high in the air and the leads broke
I’m just glad he’s free from having to share a house with that monster.
In the big horse jump level, has anyone considered crafting logs into planks? That gives you a total of 8 blocks to pillar with

I tried that when doing the map myself, and the map disables plank crafting. [SPOILER AHEAD] The way I ended up doing it was summoning a horse on top of the slabs, ride him, dismount to be up there. Then do the same thing with the glow stone, if that made sense.
@@exwundee it’s interesting because there was one of the levels where the intended solution was supposed to be plank crafting
Seems like the rules were ‘stand on A glowstone’ meaning you could probably just get a glowstone block and stand on it
For future reference if using rails and you have to power it and build up just use a redstone block! :)

I love watching Jardon's brain work for moving pistons? "I need to use the lever to make a one-tick pulse so I can push out the trapsoor and leave it there, just so I can immediately bring it back anyways" 😂

I was just wondering on Level 15, could Captain have just spawned the horse on the tall podium, clicked on it to ride it and tame it and then easily do the 2 block jump onto the glowstone with the horse?
Rather than spawning the horse on the low floor and having to make the high jump.
Hypothetically, yes, but he would have to rely on the horse to not walk off that cliff while he's trying to tame it
I was thinking that he could do that with a boat, but it was probably work with a horse too
I was thinking he could get on a door and then Use a flint and steal to make him take damage and do a damage jump onto the next ledge

Thing about minecraft horses is that you can in fact get serious high jumpers that can hop over 5 block heights. I remember not too long after horses came out as a feature that I made up a flat creative world, built some vaulting walls, and just had fun taming and testing spawn egg horses for a couple hours. Some were faster than others, and some were better at jumping than the sprinters. It varied, but the best horse is one you spawn via command with specified nbt data to get you a horse you'll like best. Given the random factor of breeding, you're better off with the command if you're going to bother having a high stat horse at all. 😅
the level where he used the horse to jump over, he couldved just used two boats to get up. He was really over complicating it, lol.
Is there a spawn egg for skeleton horse? I believe that thing has its jumping power fixed at 5 blocks, right?
@@azlan194he could of just gotten glowstone from creative and stood on it since it says "stand on a glowstone" instead of "stand on the glowstone"

I dont think that would work because they wouldnt have the tags allowing them to be placed
this was really entertaining, love the map and it was so interesting to see how you went about solving each level! some were painful but still funny
the trapdoor strat at 30:48 is actually pretty smart, I did it a bit differently but ended up having to use 5 blocks by using 2 sticky pistons, 2 levers and 1 trapdoor. Just do it in the style of a flush piston door, by retracting the block and then moving it out of the way.
This video is great because its such fun to see how much better of solutions i can come up with. Love you Jardongle

bro wanted to craft leather boots but then managed to forget about leather boots for the rest of the level
For the first 10 minutes, I'm screaming either "Ender Pearl" or "Fire Res!"
some of these puzzles where it tells you to only grab 2 items, the simplest answer is grabbing 2 logs and turning them into planks so that way you're going from 2 items to 8 instead of doing a complicated thing for something that could be done so simple
not all the levels allow for crafting

you know, lava+fire resistance could have been an alternative to water in pretty much all of the "get to the glowstone" levels

What's always fun about these kinds of multiple-solutions puzzles is seeing how everyone approaches it so differently! I don't think a single one of the solutions in the video matched my first thought on how to solve it!
This map is so cool. I love puzzle games. I have also learned that it is not that fun to watch people who aren't good at puzzles play puzzles lol. You certainly tried, but that is some really in the box thinking.
Also this isn't a hate comment, I love you, this is just my observation.

Pull a block out with a sticky, pull the same block to the side with another sticky, put a trapdoor on it, and bam. Home free.
The captain when he still had hair it'll take a bit to get used to not seeing floof anymore
for the getting across pink wall level, you can peal through the wall as long as you are at the level of the glass, put a block down then chuck peals at the feet

Those were the 2 most common answers I could think of that he didn't. I'm sure video paralysis is a thing, but elytras are busted, and lava + Fi-Res is just travelable water with extra steps.
