I have issue to focus continuously.Most of the time is focusing the back of the subject .Wide focus automatic mode on lens Manual mode the body.🤷🏻‍♂️

Would you recomend it with a Sony A73? I know there is the 70-300 Full Frame but this one is very cheaper

Yes, with this lens but it's cropped, steady hands will get you nice moon shots.
