Other notes: For the third Wednesday of February, we decided to record this 2001 in Ada. Interestingly, in the same town, there's also an SRN and SRNB on the Ohio Northern University campus, but those are on a completely separate system operated by the university, which test on the first Wednesday of the month at noon. This 130 on the other hand is controlled by the town, and tests on the third Wednesday of the month. So, that means Ada has one of each 2001 variant. This one was pretty darn loud, one of the loudest 2001's I've heard to date. I'd say it's right up there with how loud the one at Shane Kelly Park in Oviedo felt to me, although still not as loud as the two ultra high pitched 2001's I've been to. Our meters maxed at 116.7 dBA, 120.6 dBA, and dBC from this one. Once the chopper stopped, we quickly packed up and hauled ass to the T-128 in Melrose to attempt a Paulding County test two months after their systemwide failures in December, and while we could hear the activation tones coming through our scanners this time, the T-128 failed to go off. I'm definitely glad we got this test before Paulding, so we still got a success from this day.
