I use Simple Green Concentrate mixed at about 65%/35% Concentrate to Water ratio that works great for grease clearing on my grilles and smokers. Weber also makes a good grate grill cleaner for heavy deposits. Simple green leaves no deposits and is biodegradable, inexpensive and available everywhere. My only question is that we just got our grill and we preheated it to try it. We didn’t end up cooking in it after that ..long story..lol. However after the preheat cooled down we went out to see what it looked like on the inside and it looked like it was used for food..much like your cleaning video. It it is brand new and we only tried the pre heat setting ! Should it have looked like that ?
The grime is black and greasy.

I just cleaned the pellet box which was full of carbon. Soak in Hoppes #9 gun cleaner for 6 hours. scrape with old 1/4" chisel. 99% came off. Recover #9 for future use after filtering with coffee filter. Or us use it on your weapon.
Prevention is aluminum foil lining 3 sides of pellet box which will last 2/3 smokes.

Not going to lie. I'm disappointed you'd use a competitors cleaning solution but won't show it anf advertise something you're not using. Not end of the world... but tells me the stuff you're using is better then what you're advertising
