- 8 bone in skin on chicken thighs
1/2 pound baby carrots
1 lb baby yellow potatoes
1 onion
2 tablespoon minced garlic
season salt, pepper,complete season (season chicken)
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
1/2 cup of honey
butter slices on each chicken
1 1/2 tablespoon corn starch and 3 tablespoon liquid from crockpot to thicken gravy
