    This whole transaction was inspiring… but it’s crazy that they weren’t able to wholesale a property with an ARV of 1.75m at their contract price 750k initially (before they got creative)
    Is it safe to say properties over a certain price point/luxury properties are more difficult to Dispo?
    What price should they have gotten that deal at to make it wholesalable?

      @liljide it was the timing of the market that made it difficult interest rates kept going up and up and no sign of when it was going to stop also not enough comps to support that 1.75 arc originally was 1.2-1.3
