I love the minor callback in this episode without spoon feeding the audience. Remember in season 2 they’re having the welcome home party for Richie at the Bing and one of the girls was topping him off. Once Richie finishes the girl says something like “ohhh you like the dark” because he made her do it with all the lights off. Richie responds “yea something like that” Then when Melfy asked about jail Tony says you get a pass for that. So Richie likely was engaging in this activity while serving his 10 years. And remember the whole reason he resented his son was because he thought he was gay. Janice says so what and he punched her leading to his deletion
Prison is the only place homosexualilty is tolerated by the American streets and rape there wasn't even a crime until the 2000s. Most of today's guys are femininized and soft compared to those days and majority would probably turn homosexual, but in that era most homosexual relationships were by force. No matter what this oversexualized generation wants you to believe - there's no record of made guys buttfucking other dudes even if they were doing 100 years let alone 20.
This episode is really good at demonstrating how instrumental the wives and family are in the politics of the whole organization. Both Carmela and Meadow signed Vito's death warrant but they have to act like they didn't.
And who's the inside man.. Phil instantly knew that Vito was in the car with the security guard.. someone in Tony's captain circle is working for N.Y. . Tony forbade it being talked about. And this was someone talking to phil.. not John.
Ik it’s a lil late but congrats on hitting 5k guys. You deserve it and so much more, I’ve been following y’all for awhile now and I know eventually you’ll meet that 10k goal and much higher. Sky’s the limit for you two, some of my favorite reactors hands down and I’m excited to see what the future brings for both of you and this channel. Much love always ❤
i think the series shows that deep down, Tony isn't a genuinely hateful person, but he has no problem doing racist and homophobic shit for his own benefit or to keep up appearances.
Cool Sopranos fact, when Vito drove off after being asked to go with the other mafia guys, Vito legit ran over that one guys foot when taking off. You can see him in pain and when the actual car went over his shoe.
I honestly think you pair are the best reactors 💯funny, hilarious, witty comments, but you guys actually don’t talk over the video Can’t wait for other great movies and shows😎
Vito's wearing a red hood and, apparently, the woman at the inn is called Betty Wolf. Just subtle hints about how Vito's going to live his little fairy tale for a bit lol
the more we keep getting into these later seasons and episodes of The Sopranos, the more i get anxious awaiting yalls reactions to the crazier shit that will take place 😭
Another great thing about this episode. Remember the episode when everyone played telephone with the Tony/Adrianna car accident. Phil tells Vito’s wife there’s been confirmation through the grapevine about the car situation. Meaning someone in Tony’s family still running their mouth about family business
Yeah Tony being indecisive on this decision is not realistic, in the macho world they live in it is about who is the toughest and most badass. I understand being gay is not a sign of weakness in normal society and especially now, but back then in that world it was the ultimate sign of weakness. Remember Junior going down on a woman was a sign of weakness and "if you suck that you will suck anything".
The Vito arc is in full swing now! I will say that Tony maybe, just maybe, could get his capos in line and accept Vito if he returned, but New York is a huge obstacle to overcome on that front. No way Phil and the rest would accept it.
Not sure if anyone else mentioned it, but the dog thing sounds funny, but many orthodox Muslims do not have dogs as pets. Having one could be seen as a sign of assimilation.
Great job as always gentlemen👏🏼 First of all for some reason Patsy being the only guy that laughs at Chris’s joke gets me every time😂This Vito story is based on a real former member/Captain in the New Jersey Crime family Johnny D’Amato..at the time he was the Captain of the Elizabeth NJ crew which I think was/is the most powerful in the family..matter of fact I think Satriale’s and that neighborhood there is Elizabeth..anyway it was John Gotti and the Gambino’s that were kinda overseeing the family with the official boss John Riggi off the street and their guy over there was D’Amato which actually gave him alot more power..crazy thing about it was it all started because he dumped his goomad and she freaked out and started talking shit about their relationship and that they sometimes went to swinger’s clubs in the city or some shit..problem was by that time all his protectors in the Gambino’s were locked up so he was vulnerable then next thing you know he disappeared one day and that was that never been seen again..love the channel guys👍🏼
This episode had some banger All-time lines. Lines that are still quoted to this very day whenever anyone talks about this episode. "You know, that Vito,.... he's a real come from behind kinda guy...." "Who knew that that's what he mean when he said he was greasing the Unions?" "CATCHING?!!??!?! Not pitching!???!?!" "The guys that work for me are asking for head...... his head...What the fuck??!!!" "I mean, Tony what the fuck??? How much more betrayal can a guy take??!?!?" "Actually, I had him pegged the whole time." The writers were on some 10 year old grade school sh*t with some of those lines.
Love the reaction as always! Also can we get those chapters back on the YT videos, split between intro, reaction and end talk, its a nice touch to have when going back through the older vids
I didn't care much for the Johnny Cakes storyline but the mobsters finding out about Vito and the subsequent discussion is a top 3 moment in the series.
That's how I feel too, they didn't need to take it that far lol but it was brief enough that it wasn't too annoying and definitely the storyline provided some of the absolute best lines lol
No need to apologise. The sopranos shows the contradiction of thier conservative views while showing each characters own insecurities about how “masculine” they are. The boss is literally in therapy lmao
i don't think Vito is a good dude. he was harassing poor Finn. and i can't believe Meadow never went to Tony and complained about it on Finn's behalf. i guess to progress the story line.
These people are sociopaths. Even when they are being charming and funny, the underlying person would strangle an old lady for her $ if they had the chance…
The title is also on the state flag of New Hampshire, where Vito is hiding out. This is one of the funnier and thought provoking episodes in the series. Quick fact: a real life Jersey mob boss WAS taken out for being in the closet .
Tony could give Vito a pass, but the crew will Never give Vito the Respect to be a Capo again. They will All be eyeing his accounts. If he had gone to Tony before this all went down, Tony might have let him continue to earn for the Family, but once he was Outed, Vito was gone
The dog thing with muslims is they are not considered "clean" , so they dont hold them as a pet. Because you praying 5 x A day, and the floor needs to be clean. Dogs are used for shepperds or guarding
Dog is seen as a not clean animal, a devout Muslim (so a religious extremist) would not have dogs (other that perhaps guard dogs living outside home, but hardcore radicals would not have it). That's why Chrissy highlighted them having dogs.
This is why Tony got killed.....he went liberal in a world where certain things are just not allowed. Tony went to a shrink and was leaning towards forgiving Vito. In that life, it's the death penalty PERIOD
Carmela is so passive-aggressive, lol she has no problem telling Tony about Vito knowing damn well her words are going to get him in huge trouble. Lol.
Lmao the way Chrissy walks up into the Bing to tell the guys about gay Vito
he had the Vince McMahon walk
@@MB-rt9dq hahahaha yea he did have that Attitude Era Vinny Mac walk
You are not gonna f***** believe this!
The same walk Jon Taffer has when he angrily approaches a bar he is about to rescue
Poor Paulie had to suffer so much betrayal these past few episodes. How much more can he take?
Im sorry T
It’s ironic, him talking about betrayal of all people lol
Make fun of him all you want, but the man got stabbed in the heart!
He feels like he was stabbed in the HAAAAT
Oh yeah? Maybe you're a flambe'! 🖕
The inquisition with Finn is a GOAT scene lol. "Lemme ask you a question....before he cornered you in the porta potty..."
yeah, one of the top Silvio moments, like his small monologue during Chrissy intervention.
disgusting
Catchin? Not pitching? Sonofabitch! (Throws down cards)
I love the minor callback in this episode without spoon feeding the audience.

"Deletion" 😂😂😂

@@dunbardunelm3924 I know right?! Hahaha never heard it put that way. Deletion 😂
Vito sure is committed to that joke, incredible
He was there!
I really can’t believe Vito had the nerve to not even think about how blowing the construction worker would make Paulie feel
How much betrayal does Paulie have to take?!?!?
Stabbed in the heart.
At 21:12 - when Paulie says, "son of a bitch", Chrissy (Michael Imperioli) breaks character and starts laughing 😂😅
You can also see right before Chris says the "greasin the union" joke, Tony (James Gandolfini) is suppressing a smile
Idk I think Chrissy in character probably thought that sh*t was pretty funny 😂
Chaps too
Lol Tony knew how to shut Paulie up by just mentioning Paulie having to spend money
And this was someone talking to phil.. not John.
And then later Phil's wife tells him that Vito has to face his problems "squarely" when Phil's trying to relax
Phil's wife is old school and Carmella is indifferent but Meadow was honestly naive to the inevitable outcome of the situation.
The captions really had Tony saying "siddown" instead of "sit down"
Ik it’s a lil late but congrats on hitting 5k guys. You deserve it and so much more, I’ve been following y’all for awhile now and I know eventually you’ll meet that 10k goal and much higher. i think the series shows that deep down, Tony isn't a genuinely hateful person, but he has no problem doing racist and homophobic shit for his own benefit or to keep up appearances.
Add violent and slightly malevolent but yeah
so like most people, and that's the least of it, shittily enough
Cool Sopranos fact, when Vito drove off after being asked to go with the other mafia guys, Vito legit ran over that one guys foot when taking off. You can see him in pain and when the actual car went over his shoe.
New shoes, the soles were a little heavy
wouldn't call that cool, but hope he's alright
I honestly think you pair are the best reactors 💯funny, hilarious, witty comments, but you guys actually don’t talk over the video Can’t wait for other great movies and shows😎
Carmela's dad has low-key the funniest lines
Fact’s love everytime he says “bullshit” Like the episode Tony mum died & He gave the speech…Just beautifully funny without even trying
Get Puggy Walsh on the phone he'll straighten this out
The "vito a f--" arc is one of my favorites, and really sad in a way.
You guys are on fire with the daily uploads. Good shit!
Congratulations on hitting 5k subscribers!
I especially enjoy your Sopranos videos.
Glad you like them!
Damn y'all GOATED for never skipping the intro song
Suzanne Shepherd who played Carmela's mom just died. RIP.
BRING THAT ENERGY ⚡️🔥💪🏼 the sopranos are back got y’all notifications off the roof
Certified classic episode
Social club? HES GOTTA GOOOOO
Paulie is so damn funny 😂. Love the Vito storyline 🤣
I love how they have like 100 words for gay haha
Breaking Bad also named an Episode Live Free or Die 💯
The first episode of the last season of Breaking Bad was called Love Free Or Die as well. Because of the New Hampshire plate on Walt's Car
Live free or die is like the state motto/slogan for New Hampshire!!
Oh man, I've been dying to see this 😆 🤣 😂, no explanation necessary.
Vito's wearing a red hood and, apparently, the woman at the inn is called Betty Wolf. Just subtle hints about how Vito's going to live his little fairy tale for a bit lol
Rewatching these it's easy to see how Phil leotardo himself was a secret fanook, in the can for 20 years
the more we keep getting into these later seasons and episodes of The Sopranos, the more i get anxious awaiting yalls reactions to the crazier shit that will take place 😭
Another great thing about this episode. Remember the episode when everyone played telephone with the Tony/Adrianna car accident.
Phil tells Vito’s wife there’s been confirmation through the grapevine about the car situation. Meaning someone in Tony’s family still running their mouth about family business
Don't care what anyone says; any high level supposedly hetero gangster seen twerking in a gay bar isn't gonna be alive for long.

@9:21 when Vito ran he actually ran over that guys foot so they kept that take in and put it into the show lol
Did Bralik make a "my cousin vinny" ref at 33:28 lol
Bralik noting how he'll have crumbs and sauce on his pants for energy on the run. What the hell?

you two are beezneez out of 9. I just binged from season 1 to this point in time. I´ll be chaeking your wire uploads. Keep it popping fresh!

The good ship lollipop
In-the-closet scene upcoming!
Sure we break balls here tonight, but Phil goes way back. It's an honor to be joined by men in the comment section
When he was looking for tony B they got his location from his phone call.
Landline. Fixing a position of a mobile phone would not be that easy, and not noticable.
FINALLY WE MADE IT TO THIS EPISODE 😂

Kinda glad Vito got outed. Whenever he was sexually harassing Meadows bf Finn....not cool gay Vito...not cool. Lol
