absolutely you missed a huge Iconic pizza joint. It's calle L'antica Pizzeria de Michela in Hollywood. Iif you don't like their pizza, I personally will reimburse you your expense. Period.
Not sure why neapolitan pizza is so beloved by hipster food critics. It's almost always form over function. They put toppings on that don't even belong on a pizza because they make the pizza "pretty." Most of the time, it's a floppy mess. I'm sorry, but PIZZA SHOULD NOT FLOP LIKE A LIMP BIZKIT! SoCal sucks for pizza, and the two best places on this list are imported from Chicago and NYC!
Probably a matter of personal taste 😉 But I do need to correct you on the “floppiness” of a Neapolitan pizza. The pizza which originated in Naples, Italy, is supposed to have a stable crust and the center is supposed to be floppy. So this is authentic. But the Roman style pizza is “stiff”. American pizza is ofc a whole other breed. I tried to cover different kinds in the video... Thanks for watching and for joining the conversation 🤙

Apollonia"s Pizza on Wilshire Blvd is the best in LA hands down. Both their round pie and Detroit style. It's unbeatable.

Not as good as Vitos on La cienega. Try it
I go to pizza places and base my review by a simple cheese pizza, no toppings, and prince street pizza actually looks perfect.

Pizzeria Mozza at the corner of Melrose & Highland is the best.
