- I recreated this memorable dish that I had as a staff meal at a cafe restaurant I worked when I was high school student.
Plenty of mushrooms and the seasoning is only Mentsuyu!
It’s still delicious now after all.
Ingredients (1 serving):
100g spaghetti
1 pack Natto
1 Egg
5cc sesame oil
30cc Mentsuyu
Shiitake mushroom
Enoki mushrooms
King brown mushroom
(Use your favorite mushrooms as much as you like!!)
Toppings
Japanese chives
Dried seaweed (Nori)
Egg yolk
White sesame seeds
