Japanese Cream Stew with Miso

This is Japanese style cream stew!! The point of this recipe is Miso!!
Using Miso makes the stew goes well with rice.
Ingredients (2~3 serving):
1 chicken thigh
1 potato
1 onion
1 carrot
Broccoli
70cc White wine
200cc Water
1 bay leaf
50g Miso
Cream sauce:
30g butter
30g flour
300cc soy milk
