As a boxing coach this is good stuff. Practice this stance and combos over and over keeping it fluid and always ready to switch up to keep your opponent off rhythm. Thanks for this content.

I'm 6'4" 250lbs and was sparing with a stronger shorter guy so I used the double jab method and that was the lesson I learned about seeing flashes of light. The boy got me just exactly like he said. One teenage lesson never forgotten. Thanks
