Here's a Rule: As the future overlords/tycoons of Earth the Board Of Investors requires that its CEO maintain active involvement amongst its greatest competitors. Thus the CEO is required to actively engage in corporate espionage (Investigation missions) and spy networks (Turn Councilor mission) on whichever faction the CEO feels is currently of greatest fiscal threat (Whoever is doing the best/Winning amongst the AI) to the Boards Of Investors.
House rule: Stockholder payout. Any money over 20k must be spent on direct investment into something that will benefit the companies of our stockholders (economy, army, navy, space defenses, boost). Additionally, every direct investment must be met with some portion of direct investment into spoils

You shall not declare war onto another nation if you control both side's Executive CP (war is bad for business/profits) 2. You shall not purposely lose your capital -referring to map painting shenanigans
Keep in mind the bonuses of keeping at least one tick of advancement in each of the core development categories - a 4% increase per may not sound like much, but a total of 20% additional investment points isn't anything to cough at when improving countries in the early game, especially ones like India and China that may need a lot of love in a bunch of categories to get them where you want.
Two potential, somewhat fitting councilor names (your choice to pick one - I am a Patron): "Arthur Kendan" - This was my 'overly pragmatic' combat medic in an old Rolemaster campaign (yes there's some 'interesting' stories around this one), would make for an unassumingly named 'wet work' character. "Alain Kinsella" - My former Eve Online Industrialist character (Minmatar Tinker) who had a good suite of combat and industry skills - including planet mining and Covert Ops ships. Oh, and is Angel Cartel aligned. Another 'on point' character name to borrow for a scientist (perhaps an astronaut?) in this run. ;-)

Rule suggestion: Must control New Zealand, Alpine States, Singapore and Taiwan. Has to fight to keep them. Must run at least 10% spoils in those countries. Bonus points for any other countries that might be important to members of the global elite. Explanation: Many of our members as well as unaligned global elite have assets, such as villas, yachts, and underground bunkers, in these countries. By controlling and protecting these countries, we are ensuring our members' loyalty and will be able to attract more members of the socioeconomic elite.
A motion for the board's consideration: Increased Dividends For Key Assets. Whereas we have reacently expanded our operations to the global geo-political level, new opportunities having thus been made available, and whereas it is now possible to invest in the financial viability of our most valuable personnel, even to the extent that billions of dollars equivalent be placed at their disposal, be it resolved that the corporation shall endeavour, making it a first priority at any and all time when it becomes possible to use our greater influence to amend the status of our councillors, to arrange matters so these councillors should possess as great a quantity of independent financial resources as possible.
Rule suggestion for Earth: At least 1 pip in spoils for every control point in country Rule suggestion for Space: Space stations and outposts must have source of money or noble metals
Enjoying your Terra Invicta and Rogue Trader playthroughs!! For my house rule: The wealthy elite must rule!! In authoritarian countries, the oligarchs/aristocrats must rule the 2nd CP (Cohesion3.5).

1. You shall not declare war onto another nation if you control both side's Executive CP (war is bad for business/profits)
2. You shall not purposely lose your capital -referring to map painting shenanigans
Capital swapping no longer a thing. At best you can only have 6 mega nations now (USNA, SAU, EU, Caliphate, Greater India and Asian Combine)
War is bad for business? Since when?
@@debott4538 Rule of aquisition number 34: war is good for buisness.
Rule of aquisition number 35: peace is good for buisness
Keep in mind the bonuses of keeping at least one tick of advancement in each of the core development categories - a 4% increase per may not sound like much, but a total of 20% additional investment points isn't anything to cough at when improving countries in the early game, especially ones like India and China that may need a lot of love in a bunch of categories to get them where you want.
Initiative is like that one Mao quote "Everything under heaven is in utter chaos - situation is excellent!".
Two potential, somewhat fitting councilor names (your choice to pick one - I am a Patron):
"Arthur Kendan" - This was my 'overly pragmatic' combat medic in an old Rolemaster campaign (yes there's some 'interesting' stories around this one), would make for an unassumingly named 'wet work' character.
"Alain Kinsella" - My former Eve Online Industrialist character (Minmatar Tinker) who had a good suite of combat and industry skills - including planet mining and Covert Ops ships. Oh, and is Angel Cartel aligned. Another 'on point' character name to borrow for a scientist (perhaps an astronaut?) in this run. ;-)
Perun + Terra Invicta. Fuck yeah!
Literally just finished re-watching your last play through of the Academy :)
I'm excited to see the new run! This has been an interesting start, and I'm curious to see how things develop.
As for a rule suggestion: The Initiative's space program as a whole must become and remain net cash positive at the earliest reasonable opportunity.
Im so glad to see you back on Terra Invicta! Nobody has quite the same feel your vids on it do.
Loving TI coming back, this series is actually how I found your main channel
i believe that having to always put some investment in spoil (10 - 20% ) is a good thematic rule that can be add dificult
Was there ever an end to the traitor run?
No, he never recorded the last episode. I talked to him about it in a community post, and he said he would see if the file still loaded.
Since this was uploaded instead of the last episode, I'm assuming it was corrupted.
@@danielbob2628booooooooo
@@swj719 I mean, I hope he at least lets us know that in a video rather than us having to dig around for it. Sometimes tech difficulties skewer your hopes and you just have to roll with it.
@@huntre111 I was able to load the file - there are a few things that are a bit funky but I think I can piece it together enough to finish it.
@@PerunGamingAUHonestly I would prefer you leave it and move on, The recent balance patches have me lost. I would love to see your take on the current patch.
House rule: "Scrooge McDuck doesn't like paying for things." You're not allowed to found platforms or outposts on Earth/Luna/Mars but aquiring them through force or subterfuge is encouraged. You can also do something similar with orgs: No buying of orgs, only hostile takeovers. It is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.
If we can name our Russian Kingpin The Red Boar that would be great. Patron btw.
For Rules, this member would like to propose that we should have some spoils going somewhere, for our Shareholders are afraid we are looking too long-term.
Its a wonderful occasion to name that one counselor "Roman Oligarkov"
So glad to see you back on TI. Like many others, this is how I found your channel. House rule suggestion is that as a good capitalist, you should seize and utilize every single spot on the moon, Mars, phobos, and deimos to keep a monopoly of space resources.
Proposed House Rule: 30 Days of Annual Leave.
Any high performing agent who does a good job deserves a proper amount of holiday. What is the point of getting rich if they can’t enjoy it?
I think 'Max Power' is a great name for the obviously fake face of the organisation.
Monopoly on commodities - Ensure you have at least a 90% marketshare of the production of some resource type
House Rule suggestion: Make Money, not Friends - In every country there must be 1 Point spended in Spoil
16:35 Perun, just letting the cat out of the bag 😄
Maybe we can name our eventual assassin after some murderous Bond villains?
Roman is already pretty good for it, I admit.
The Military Industrial Complex is always a great financial bet for difficult times! I suggest getting cozy with the more militarist entities out there to possibly settle on some arm deals and possibly even some protection if things with the ETs get spicy. I also think Louis is not a corrupt politician Perun! He clearly took a page from the Americans on how to make a country prosperous and is a big follower of the idea of Trickle down Economics. The money will get to the people at the bottom eventually... Right?
Love your playthroughs Perun! First Rogue Trader and now back to the classic Terra Invicta. Thank your for introducing these two great games to me and providing such quality content
WOW, i was just watching your academy playthrough this week and asking myself why you did stop recording, thanks for coming back to the game buddy
I actually love India as an opener. Really glad to see another playthrough. I keep coming back to TI with new house rules myself.
In my current game (HF) your org ended up being on the first alien I killed. RIP
So it's meant to be coded so protectorate and servants can't hire me - I will ask if Hydra can be added to the exclusion list.
@@PerunGamingAU So I braced myself to have a game as Protectorate (yuck), and lo and behold, I could (and did) hire the Perun org. If you need them I have a screenshot and a save to go with it. Happened on v 0.3.125 just now.
Glad you got the Perun Corp, as I think of it as a ppt factory. No corporate oligarchy can function without one of those! 😂
Thank you very much for restarting this series, love your Terra Invicta content.
After coming from the main channel, putting this on as a background noise to sleep to feels pretty surreal. Especially with the focus of the episode being on CIS countries. Hearing “Nobody will notice money going missing from Belarus treasury. Obviously. Same with Russia” and such gives me enough of a mental jolt to stay awake...
Ahh... I thought this was going to be another Max run when you introduced your counselors. I still remember Max just going on a rampage after you said you will replace him soon.
Humanity First Always.
Thank you for bringing Terra Invicta back.
i am happy for the return of terra invicta
Rule idea: shattered world, where you try to create as many nations as possible.
I would call it divide et impera but a really nice idea
Love to see you getting back into this! Anyway, as a Patron, I would like to suggest a name for Roman over there. I feel like Prigeny Yevgozhin would be a suitable name for that fellow, totally legally distinct name do not steal.
Without a doubt the best content you make. Lotta people talking about the ukraine war but only one guy taking the fight to the aliens so effectively and so succinctly.
6:30 as far as I once found out (reading on the internet), India is also the only country in the game that can take over the entire world without mods (requires a chain of taking over the capitals of super-nations tough)
Thank you Perun! Really love your playstyle, the more Terra Invicta the better!
Please get the Lord of the Kaiju achievement. I missed it on my Initiative play through.
For the fifth slot, the professor also had Turn Councillor for some reason.
Welcome back Perun. Haven't seen you in a while. Well besides on your other channel which I've been trying to tune out because real world events are depressing and stressful.
Nice to see another run.
Board Motion - Engines Running Rich:
Water is too Common of a substance to be worthy of our fleet's fuel. I declare that the propellent fuel mix for our ship engines should only contain 50% water at most.
I enjoyed your previous playthroughs more than even playing the game myself! Excited for what this run will bring
Yes!!! Another TI run!! I thoroughly enjoyed your last two runs. Can't wait to see how this one shakes out.
Roman is basically Prigozihn. I love it.
I love how they include Perun in the game. They should also add the "Advanced Powerpoint" technology.
Thank you for doing another play thru! Hope to see many more.
Woohoo Terra Invicta! I just finished binge watching your Humanity First playthrough, so this is a welcome sight.
As someone from Pakistan, I love that you are building up our space program.
Great fun but please, dont skip the events like you did with roman and his criminal dealings, they give great opportunities to continue the story telling
Thanks for playing this game again.
I love this game almost too much, but I suck at it myself, so its nice to see someone play it well. ;)
I cant bring myself to play this again. Too much micromanagement, but then that was my impression of it over a year ago. Maybe it's changed?
Rule suggestion for Earth: At least 1 pip in spoils for every control point in country
Rule suggestion for Space: Space stations and outposts must have source of money or noble metals
I've been here since humanity first, a bit nistalgic to see you do another Terra Invicta campaign!
Enjoying your Terra Invicta and Rogue Trader playthroughs!!
For my house rule: The wealthy elite must rule!!
In authoritarian countries, the oligarchs/aristocrats must rule the 2nd CP (Cohesion3.5).
I'm so glad that Terra Invicta is back, I loved the last series!
Interesting that Unifier was desirable for you (16:00). I was the one who suggested giving Stabilize to that trait (and Advise to the Counselor trait), and this was exactly the kind of thing I hoped to see thereby.
Speaking of, Pavonis devs are super-accessible on the Discord server, so if you have any suggestions on game tweaks, pop in there and offer them up. I've gotten about half a dozen suggestions into the game, including some research nerfs and those fun plasma tornado events on Mercury (which are actually a real thing!).
YES!!!! Been waiting for this for ages!! Thank you Perun
lol Alexander Faceman and his accompanying "think tank" is what this feels like
Remember, big countries are more expensive to buy. So I submit to the board that the Initiative should entirely abstain from consolidating any countries.
Developers of terra invicta really have it in for the pommes! Always seem to be servants in every playthrough i see
And I thought these are never coming back to the channel. I am glad to be proven wrong. I love you TI videos!
House rule: You always have to have spoils somewhere. Maybe take over countries spoil them then dump them.
Glad to see Terra Invicta back!
Would go for being named a character, but I was already named once before, so I'll let someone else have a chance!
