- Replayability in Sonic Games. Like with other video games, the replay value a Sonic game has also influences the enjoyment of a lot of people that play them. And that is what I'm discussing in this video. I hope you enjoy!

The Underrated guy is back!
8:38 Yeah, tbh. It's been more than a decade but I still keep discovering new things about this game. It's marvelous how such a game came to be and depressing how well never have any other one like it. I may be inclined to agree that making them mandatory for the main levels *may* have made not allowed the game to be even more perfect, but that'll only stretch so far as Jungle Joyride day which needs 120 sun medals. Maybe. I'm totally fine with being the only being on earth who enjoys it. I love that game. =)
My personal favourite game for #1 replayability probably has to be Sonic CD. It already deserves a spot in my top 5 Sonic games, fell in love with it ever since I first played it 2 years ago. I find that it's the one Sonic game I always come back to if I just wanna do a quick run: and yet I end up going for 100% completion every single time getting all the robot generators, Metal Sonic holograms and even the special stages. If I ignored them, it'd probably be done in about 30 mins top, but with those in it makes for a solid hour of gameplay.
Funnily enough, for a game to be worth replaying in my eyes, it has to be short enough that I don't get burnt out trying to go through it again, but also interesting enough for me to want to go back to it. Mania, 3&K, Adventure 2, all the Advance and Rush games and Generations absolutely nail this. Even Heroes was fun to revisit, although not as often.

Man it just made me realize once again how much i love the atmosphere they give and how they remind me of the good time i had playing through it. my boi Cifesk never miss! I have to agree with you a lot on your opinion on Sonic Generations, I absolutely love playing Sonic Generations with some of the most insane mods that completely overhaul the game.
If anyone is interested in some insane mods for Gens, check "Unleashed Project: The Complete Add-on", or the "Sonic 06 v.5 Mission Extravaganza". They are basically changing the entire game to Sonic Unleashed Day and Sonic 06 respectively.

I not only got all ten endings in Shadow the Hedgehog, but *all 326 possible story paths.* I'm not proud, and I would not wish that level of hell upon even my worst enemies. I don't even *like* the game, I'm just an obsessive completionist with no sense of shame. I could probably play Westopolis blindfolded at this point.

It makes legit no sense how you need 120 sun medals and 80 moon medals when you play way more night stages than day stages

you do know sonic generations isn’t a pc exclusive right.
you do know it was released on 360 and ps3 right.
you do know those versions have basically no mods right.

@@Cifesk the slot is just for "Sonic Generations", in general. yes, it's obvious you're talking about the pc version the moment you said mods, but you just saying "number 1 is Sonic Generations" makes it seem rather ignorant.

You forgot to talk about choice based ganes, those are the most replayable since they have good stories and good voice acting, but also multiple outcomes.
