Thank you so much for this video: subscribed! Tip 8 is the first thing someone new to Viva Engage needs to know. Can users change the background rectangular image that appears on their storyline profile? Also, it would be nice if users could have the info and pinned sections like a normal community so they could pin their favorite links.

Hello. Thank you for the informative video. Engage looks like a great tool. I am looking for a simple tool for employee engagement that randomly pairs up 2 individuals, allows the users to schedule a simple Teams chat session (icebreaker) so that employees can get to know each other better. It would be great if those pairings could be custom scheduled and managed through a management console. Any ideas of Microsoft Teams apps that can accomplish that securely and simply? Thank you!

Hi 😊 The 'Icebreaker' app is the only one I've used so far that does this, I'm not sure it has the management console you need. www.microsoft.com/insidetrack/blog/new-microsoft-teams-app-helps-facilitate-employee-connectivity-in-a-challenging-hybrid-work-environment/. I've also heard of Coffee Pals but not used it personally www.coffeepals.com/

I do not think you answered the question. The biggest problem for me is that there are many conversations (questions, discussions etc) and there is no way to separate or filter them by topics. I wish there could be different channels for different types of conversations.

Would the 'topics' feature help with this? support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-topics-and-hashtags-in-viva-engage-98c0a0bb-aad0-45d3-88f1-4f6d12bb1772#:~:text=Use%20topics%20and%20hashtags%20in%20Viva%20Engage%201,7%20See%20conversations%20with%20the%20same%20hashtag%20

@@MicrosoftTeamsIn20We can add topics but there is no way for visitors to know what topics are available and select only conversations related to specific topics. For example, 'The dropdown menu has "All conversations", "All questions", but no option for "Topic XXX". It would be good to have, either to the left Engage panel, or the right after "info" panel, a list of available panels that filter the conversation by a specific topic, and in such a mode, automatically attach the topic to new topics.
