Sometimes the entire sky turns quite pink. My wife is from South America and has travelled all over Europe and Asia and still is stunned when she sees that, even though she has lived in SD for over fifteen years.
Reminds me of when I was 11. Living here was a dream come true and i couldn’t possibly want more. Though it was only a year and a half, La Jolla really did change my life and gets me homesick every now and then… Thanks for the video, it reminded me of when i was young, the happy times :)
i swear this is way better then miami beach florida, i cant wait too visit san diego and la jolla next month, the ocean in san diego is amazing, i cant wait to go back and san diego has the best sunsets the best in the usa besides hawaii

I lived in San Diego in the early 2000s and used to visit La Jolla often. It was a favorite place to grab dinner with friends, being more laid back than the Gaslamp. I visit as often as I can, with the exception of last year, of course. I’ll be back there in September!
The most beautiful sunsets often appear during the fall and early winter, making December and January some of the best times to watch the sunset in San Diego and La Jolla. Places along the beach often have incredible panoramic views of the ocean, which only adds to the beauty!!!
Love 💕 the Pacific Coast line. But, fun to see how we visit different parts not only off California, but Other states , Americans, Hubs. People are taking back their Communities. Great!! 🇺🇲⛱️🇩🇰☮️🗽🦅😎
Amazing video, if you love wind, water and sea lions, I guess it is the place to visit! What I will do, after flying into San Diego. The coast looks a little like the Big Sur area, just a bit smaller, but not so far away. I love this youtube, thanks so very much. I got hooked to the beauty. 🤗🤗🤗

I would recommend taking a walk through the paseos of Valencia, California. I've noticed that people don't usually walk through purely residential neighborhoods in walking tour videos, so I think that would be a great idea. They are tree-lined pathways that connect almost every street in Valencia. It's a super relaxing walk, and I think it would be a very peaceful video to make!

We used to visit La Jolla and even stay at local hotels, but the constant construction, stench at the cove from the bird/seal crap and the ridiculous notion that a "Children's Pool" swimming area was now reserved for seals made it a joke. We pay millions each year for lifeguards to sit in overbuilt towers guarding seals and the over crowded area is no longer attractive or enjoyable.

Only lived there for a Couple years 81-83 one thing that NEVER CHANGES is that Beautiful Sunset on the Beach.
Lovely La Jolla, for a classic southern Californian sunset, along the cove's beautiful beaches, this place is so "mesmerising"

I stayed at the hotel across the street a couple of yrs ago. It had not rained in a while & the stinch in the air was funky/fishy.
We have been all over the world (before they started forcing vaccines) and the best sunset pictures we have are from La Jolla!
