Hello there. I'm not a business owner, but interested in how people will recover.
In my career I have to remain calm to make the right decision. Making the decision from objectivity as opposed to letting emotions rule is key.
This video is very interesting and we will see who is strong and will thrive.
Digitalization has been used and it's amazing to see how places have incorporated this into their practice. Zoom for instance.
Regardless, many business owners will have to simply walk away.
My favorite restaurant had revamped to a smaller venue only to have succumbed to this crisis. I hope he & others can recover.
Hopefully they can conserve $$$ & retain their customers.

What should you do or say when your prospect asks you :" are you trying to sell me something?"
You can say "no, not this time. I just wanna know what we can improve to provide more value to your business during this crisis...'. Thats just an idea.
before asking what you should do or say back to your prospect, it's best to find out why the prospect asks you this question. What is his purpose behind for asking you this type of question? once you find out, it's easier to give him the best answer.
