For example with Closing, I was taught both copy-writing as well as high-income consulting. And the beauty of it all is that they all flow amazingly well together.

Ignore the college diploma requirement. Companies hardly ever request everything 100% off their job posting. Showing that you have the skills matters much more.

Skill equals income fully agree but the qualifications also help Mr Dan. I’ve been in the insurance world for eleven years and I don’t have much qualifications but I’ve noticed to climb the success ladder I have to have papers to my name so that’s the focus for 2020!

I don't think sales are bad. What I think is I'm bad at sales, because I never learned how. I see others do it and it flies right over my head what they did. I'm good at many things, but I don't know everything. Sales training would help me, of that I'm sure.

I think going to college is okay,the only problem is that there is way more effective ways out there to learn a new skill or get a high salary,colleges teaches you things,but it's defiantly not worth the price

Love you Dan, and I agree with most of these skills. However, I believe a few of them can be replaced by AI in the future, such as sales funnels, copywriting, and digital marketing.

Closing skill have always been and will always be in high demand and therefore very valuable
Valuable, yes. Worthwhile financially? Depends on if you have the grind/ chase mentality for the closing lifestyle.
The only time it's not a grind/chase is if the marketing is ON point... Plenty of hot hot leads practically coming to you on their own ready to buy, or... What you're closing has enough commission to pay you that could equate to a comfortable 1 to 2 month salary after just one close.
Other wise it's hustle, grind, more more more every day.
Some people may say, if you're not willing to work hard, don't do it. That's true... But histlingand grinding only to get 1 yes out of 25 nos, or more... Or one yes every 30 or 60 days, you better make sure closing skills on point, and th3 commission is between 3, 5, 10 grand minimum. 20 grand or more commission for one deal if you can find it. (selling gas stations, selling houses, super cars, private jets, selling 100,000 dollar services for a 20 percent commission... Big business deals... Rare art or gems... Stuff like that.)
Closing is absolutely necessary if you have your own business.

I am thinking about a new type of restaurants : eating-spots,
in eating-spots, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate,
this is opposed to current restaurants,
thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are way more powerful than restaurants,
along with that, there is an app,
people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days.

Not trying to sound like a know it all or anything but coding, systems, chatbox are all related to understanding basic foundation of computers. If you can't understand the basics, you end up developing specialized skills which can easily become obsolete within a few years because of newer systems.
I'm always trying to learn skills that can't be replaced by AI.Such as consulting skills. Jobs where people are a must and they can't get replaced.
