@@R3RS2024 If you build an engine that's too powerfull for the drivetrain you've built an accident, not a fast car. As for turbo lag, you know you can build the revs/boost BEFORE you lift the clutch, right? That's why turbo'd drag cars 'stage' to the line, to spool up.

I was out driving a 4.0 v8 jag today, first time i ever tried one, took my young fella out and mannnn shes got some PEP< now i have to say im not biggggg into luxury but the wood interior finish and the HRSPRS definitely yeilded smiles per gallon

That Nova is what dreams are made of. Old school, 9.8 litres of explosive fury! I’d sooner take even a stock Nova over the tuned MR2 purely on the grounds it’s more of an occasion to drive the thing!
