I've never done that with a cook book before, it was so enjoyable. Just sat with my coffee and seriously got absorbed into it. Chilli ribs? Get outta town... Highly recommend it guys!!
I mae a yogurt marinade, with plenty of salt pepper garlic, thich coat the lamb and in the fridge for 24hrs. Then strait into a 350f/180c degree oven 1.5 hours -2hrs. Allowing the outside to Millard and caramelize and poof, magically vanishes.
