I am always picking those white connecting bits out of the eggs for my french toast. Maybe you should have one of these three ways things with french toast. Linguica is an awesome mystery meat to go with your french toast.

I used to add American cheese to stabilize my cheese sauces, but I recently bought some sodium citrate instead. Just start with a cup of milk, warm it up, mix in a couple teaspoons of sodium citrate, mix in your cheeses and seasonings and bam, cheese sauce.
