Couldn’t stop doing it in my own kitchen. It’s a cultural thing. We know how to not make ourselves sick and contaminate the whole kitchen with raw chicken juice.

I remember when Crystal Beach had an amusement park. We went there every year when I was growing up. The last day there when they closed was epic - none of the workers cared and me and my friends crushed the waterslides all day. No deaths, just lots of bruises.
My nachos come out more as a dip, been adding some cream cheese and other cheeses when I cook the meat. Blue cheese is interesting with el paso taco seasoning
