    Coach, as the front leg hits the ground is most of the weight still on the back leg?

      Depends on if you are talking about when the front toe/ball of foot touches down or if you mean when the front foot fully is down on the ground.

      @@hittingdonerightthanks for replying. I have thought that as I make a move forward, ball of foot hits and as my heel drops I launch and am in a balanced position with a firm front side. Is that good?
