I spend a couple of hours meal prepping every week which saves so much time and money!🙌🏻 I like to meal prep for 3-4 days, so I don’t need to eat the same foods every day of the week☺️
Just a reminder that we are all different and need different amounts of food💚 It’s recommended to eat between 0.8 - 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, depending how active your lifestyle is☺️ I’m currently trying to build muscle, so aiming for 80-100g of protein💪🏻

I’m sorry but the protein calculations seem very off. On what basis/chart is the protein being calculated?
It’s based on how much of each ingredient is used. The protein content is listed in the packaging of the products and then the amounts can be calculated when you know how many grams you are using of the ingredient. For example, in the pancakes there are 2 eggs per serving which is 12g protein and 1 scoop protein powder which is 21g protein =33g☺️
can you share recipes without milk, yoghurt or cheese?
Can you make something thats low in calories

How much time does your meal prep take on average?
Yeah I've got 3 kids, it's not easy to meal prep with kids and ADHD. Time is important to figure out before starting the process.
Usually about 2 hours☺️

Like how is this the average you know normal balanced diet that people are eating for many years and they were still having bone issues they were still having muscle problems still experiencing physical weakness and so apparently either that's not 100g of protein which I'm very very very very very 400 g of protein is just not enough to be healthy

So if this would if she could actually like prove it because remember all this stuff is roughly and within the production process things very well you have bad and lazy workers companies managers and we don't actually know the nutritional value of this stuff but I understand that she's aiming for a 100 but I'm very sure that she's not and the other side is that even if you was to prove this is 100 then that means that 100 g of protein is not enough to keep you healthy cuz I actually heard from men's fitness magazine and fitness magazines that a healthy good amount of protein to get in a day is 150 or even 180 or 190 like the average fat guy should be trying to get like you know as close to 175 as possible that could have been the guy's weight but I don't think so cuz he's not small and the chick should be getting like 150-165

Nobody said you had to eat eggs and dairy. She's simply sharing her meals with us. There are plant based proteins and nut milks (cashew cheese and yoghurt is quite good). Good luck with that bitter attitude.
