I have been heavy on stock trading before i was introduced to Crypto trading. At volatile stage of bitcoin, the price movement is also induced by the same trading circumstances as stock trading, With this you can time mrkt pivot signals with the right tools. Considering all this, you need to have a good strategy when trading, before meeting Eric Birger, I had a string of trading losses that I'd like not discuss. Thanks to his meticulous guidance, I've had a great experience employing his Signal techniques for my trades, as I've watched my portfolio grow by six figures under his guidance.

Thank you for the great video. Sometimes simple is great and this makes perfect sense. I am in the process of working on my patience and getting in at the right time instead of being involved in the feeding frenzy. I think FOMO has caused me to do some very dumb things in trading. That, along with overexposed positions and moving stops too far has been detrimental. I would like to put on some swing trades that run for months at a time and that is what brought me to your channel. Thanks for a very well put together video with valuable content. Note where the 200ema is on Daily,4H and15m. First touch of any of these can be a target, entry based on the 15m timeframe . You want the 9/26 emas holding price up for potential buy or you want the 9/26 emas trending down for potential sells. 15m stochastic hidden divergence can be used to enter a trade when the 9/26 emas line up with the direction of the hidden divergence. If price has not touched any of those 200emas mentioned above avoid entering a trade with less than 1:3 R:R based off of where the untested 200emas are at the time of a potential entry signal. For even more accuracy apply order blocks and Bos technique on Daily, 4H and 1H to keep you in the flow of the trend on those sneaky pullbacks that may be mistaken for reversals on a smaller timeframe.
FYI you can keep those other emas visible as you change TFs if you use the MTF EMA indicators (multi-timeframe) rather than just EMA (which only uses the current TF)

I trade with a couple additional factors such as hidden divergence on the higher timeframe and market structure breaks with this strategy shown in the video to improve results but of course there are so many ways to accomplish the same goal of buying dips and selling pull backs.

I have learned a lot from this platform, bitcoin is ultimately becoming a reserve currency for banks, playing much the same role as gold did in the early days of banking. Banks could issue digital cash with greater anonymity and lighter weight, more efficient transactions.

Good luck to everyone learning to trade, guys the big money in trading is not in finding the the Good opportunity everytimes, but simply learning to AVOID the bad one. Focus on your system, have mechanical rules to enter position or not. Check everything everytime before entering position and you should be good. I prefer a fixed take profit and moving my stop to break even once price has moved in my favor, consolidated, and broken out of that consolidation in my favor again. I target 2x my risk.

Just one question. Where should i place stop loss and take proffit?
Great video, I have a question though. Where do you place your stop loss/ take profit with this strategy? Are we going for swing lows/highs, or what are we going for?
This is a reasonable comment and also something I would be curious about.
I follow a very similar strategy from Al Brooks, whenever you take a short for example, you should wait for a strong bear candle before entering. When you see it, plan to enter one tick below the low of that bar. When you enter, put a stop at least one tick above the strong bar you saw, and if you have a risk/reward ratio you like, then go for that as your profit target. If you want, you can split your trade to take half profit at a smaller target, move stop loss to break even when first target is hit, and let the other half of your trade swing until a trend line break or until you hit your risk/reward ratio. That can lead to really rewarding trades when you let it swing.
A little tip to make this even easier, is to use just 1 TF and use the multi time frame EMA, OR, just multiply the numbers of candles. For example, if you want to use the 1 hr for the trend and the 10min TF for entry (like in the video), then just put an EMA with period of 1200 on the 10min timeframe. Because in 1 hour, there are 6 x 10min candles. And 200 EMA on 1hr timeframe is 1200 EMA on the 10min.

Thank you for the video, I agree with the strategy, problem is, very few signals will be forthcoming, as the 14RSI seldom goes in ob/os areas whilst price is above/below the 200EMA. I take it for granted that you are using the standard RSI with 70/30 levels.

The problem is, that those divergence are very rare in this kind of situations. Just checked one coin past month, only one match and anyway the drop was very small. And bullish divergence even more rare...

Thanks, mate! I've been learning to trade with the trend. The problem I'm facing, I guess others do too, is how to spot and stay out of choppy markets without giving up on too many winning trades. Would appreciate if you could do a video with price action or indicators to avoid choppy markets
You're really a beginner. Stay away from lower time frame. Higher time frame will help you spot choppy market

@@YsoSer1ous what Ogbodu is saying is that lots of beginners try to focus on smaller timeframe, if you use a H1 or H4 time frame for trend and use a 15M for entry. Your chance of avoiding choppy market is much better than if you take the 15M as trend and enter on 1 or 5min
i use the same strategy but with macd and rsi, i idvice you to trade on 30 min tf and analize the main trend in 4h, and if there is a supply and demand zone that gives you support in a long posizion and resistance in short

But isn't exactly that the opportunity for the 5% of successful traders to be successful at all, someone needs to give away what the other takes home, my approach is analysing the big banks moves (liquidity grabs) and scale in on runners and cut losses quick, squeezing a runner and cutting losses quick, that's my key, no indicators just pure priceaction
