📺 Jump rope is a cheap, accessible and efficient exercise. It is underrated and unknown to people how easy it is to integrate it into their lives. It is incredibly effective to burn calories or reshape your body.
Numan wanted to learn jumping rope from scratch and experience the benefits by himself. He set himself a goal of Jumping every day for 30 days. Here you can already see a glimpse of his achievement.
This is the short version of the actual video which is intended to be published next week. We are hoping this body transformation journey can motivate you to start your very own journey.

@@ilcygne thats why you gotta cut while still maintaining a good muscle mass. lift lighter weights till failure/intense volume. once you've developed the physique you want you can either bulk or maintain.

Allow me to say thank you officially, brother. You encouraged me to start mine and I'm at day 5 and I'm loving it, even though that I don't have a rope but I'm doing it anyways, so enjoyable and beneficial at the same time. I started with 1'30 min then now it's 10 mins in a row, a significant improvement, the better is coming, with God's Willings.

Thank you for your kind words. Even though you can do the same move without a rope, i would still suggest rope especially if you are a beginner. Most of the moves can be learned from rope only. After you learn, you can do without a rope but not before. Good luck with your journey!

@@aightbro 10 minutes in total. With breaks in between. For a 10 minute jump time, you would need 20-30min in the begining

What is the food you ate to stay strong as well, because with no correct food intake we feel weak losing weight. I'm already doing it and felt it so please let me know
lots of protein, less carbs. i did intermittent fasting and ate max 2 times a day with max 6h time in between. You will feel weak but you will get used to it and feel much better in already second week. The body is incredible machine able to adopt quickly.

before i started skipping, i was running 3 times a week and had a moderate intermittent fasting diet. But it didn't help me loose any weight. So the jump rope was on top.

Thank you. I already had been doing intermittent fasting and did not change much apart from cutting snacks and reducing the fruit consumption

@@ajinkyaborade9114 Fruits consist of too much sugar(carbs) which will increase the weight gain or prevent weight loss if you are consuming a lot. In my case i was consuming ~500gr per day at least. This was blocking my weight loss due to the 500-1000 additional calory intake.
@@Pushmentwhat kind of fruits did you eat to get 500 to 1000 cal from 509 grams ? A mixed fruit salad of 500 grams wright will have no more than 230-240 calories , and that type of unrefined sugar is really not bad for you , infact it's quite good , boosts brain function and you get plenty of vitamins from it . Idk who told you to cut the fruit but that's the worst advice I've heard

I did low carb diet. Had almost no snacks, biscuits, chocolates during the day. I do not use sugar for tea or coffee anyway. If you really want to loose weight fast, you can reduce meals to 2 with max 6 hours in between or to only 1 meal a day. (Check out intermittent fasting.)

I can do only for 3 minutes in a row ( 350+ skipping).
Then I need to take rest for 3 to 4 minutes. After that I can go for another 3 minutes.
Can I lose weight if I take breaks?
of course. You can take as much breaks in between as you like. It is important that you get the total jump time you want to achieve daily no matter how many brakes you take.
It's all about heart rate. Get that rate up. Bring it down. Bring it back up

That's the problem with these transformations, it's always somebody younger.
Its harder to do the transformation when you get older. Same process but you need more patience, be more careful and do proper warmup, stretching. It will also take longer most probably. Nevertheless the body will adapt to it no matter the age . I am sure i would do it anyway and post it on youtube when i am older :)

Check online the calorie intake you need to take per day to keep the same weight for your age / weight / sex, then compare it with what you are consuming per day, including all the sugar, snacks, fruit daily. If your calory intake is bigger then the nominal calory + the calory you burn through skipping, you will not loose weight. Overall you need to eat less then you supposed to and do skipping on top if you want to loose as much kg as i did.

Thanks. Yes it is fine to do it everyday. It will definitely change your body. Just start slowly and dont forget to stretch before and after the training. If you feel muscle pain try to divide your training into two sessions. If the pain increases take a day break.

@@Pushment exactly, especially those stubborn fat, that last bit of fat, you need a combination of everything like eating in a deficit, with weight training and a little bit of cardio with HIIT

Can I loose weight only by jumping rope... without exercise and diet?
Yes, it is possible. You need to still have an overview of what is the daily needed calories for your age, weight and calculate how many calories you take daily. If it is roughly in balance, the daily jump rope exercise will help you lose weight.
There are easy tricks without having a hard diet program. Reducing fruit consumption, cutting the snack habbit etc. Small and easy steps but will reduce your daily calorie intake massively.

i mainly focused on the jump time and not the reps/sets. First week i jumped 5-10min per day. Week 2-4 30min per day. Some days i had 2 sessions to reduce the muscle pain.

With intermittent fasting alone you can loose fat. But with the jump rope you can speed up and loose much more weight. At the same time, your body gets tighter and your posture changes. Even if you would lose same amount of weight, you look alot thinner. The advantage with jump rope is that with a 15min jump time you can burn as much calories as ~1h walking. Its incredibly efficient exercise, quick to learn and profit from. You just need to push yourself first 2 weeks to keep jumping and learning the basics. After that it will be a fun exercise. I dont think i grew :) But my body posture changed significantly. Upper body muscles grew and it made me get a straight posture which automatically made me look tiny bit taller. My bone size definitely did not change.

You can start with one minute sessions but try to do 5 sessions per day for a week. Then you can increase it easily to 5 minute sessions and 3 sessions a day already in second week. Focus on improving the posture.

Had to take a break at day 3 due to muscle pain. Then started to warm up and stretch the muscles. Since then did not have any trouble anymore.

Man don’t worry, just start with Sport, eat better and get fit by showing up. Small exercise sessions every day. Set yourself a goal and show up everyday! What do you want to do? What sports do you actually enjoy? Chase the things that fit to you!
