Hey Vicky, I avoided added sugar and ate more proteins recommended for my body weight. Besides I ran 30min approx. 3 times a week right after every burpee set. Thank you for your interest and hope that helps🤙
Does it means he only did 100 burpees per day for 30 days straight? No other exercise or any changes made?
He did 100 Burpes straight without breaks per day for an overall period of 30 days. Besides Tayo was running 30 min after the Burpee sets for at least 2 times a week and also did 25 pull-ups after the exercises. Further he avoided added sugar.
woah! im definitely giving this a spin
Hey nice and go for it. Brings a lot of fun as well!
Sidhu moosewala playing on the TV in the back
Hey, what exactly do you mean? Was there a tv in the back? Isn't Sidhu a famous rapper?
Hola! Cuántos burpees hacías al día? Es para tener una idea. Gracias 😊
I did 100 in a row;)
Awesome editing
Hey man, Thanks!

Cheers!
I don't want to brag, but these are no Burpees to me. Burpee means, you do a push up and then you jump up. Both Push Up and Jumping - at least for my understanding! - have to be done by full power.
It is like doing Push ups an your knees instrad of your feet, you just skip about the half of the excercise.
When it comes to Burpees in the way i described them, my record of doing 100 is nearby 08:40. Never came to close to this for month (don't know why) but maybe it is a reference for some of you.
It’s only a reference if you post a video of you doing that style for 100 reps. Otherwise, it is just talking.

Absolutely. But at least i know what i did :)
I did not know that this is so good that people don't believe it. I thought it would not be good at all.
Were you on a diet while doing this challenge?
No added sugar. Not that easy but most effective!
I never knew how prevalent self centred narcissism was, till the birth of anti social media.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts anyways!
Imagine been consistent for 10 years
Haha, great thought. Maybe we should ask AI to answer that with a creative visualisation🤪
Definitely see the progress. Maybe add push-ups or something to get more tone and cut and build the chest
Thanks for your feedback and actually I am concentrating a bit more oil my chest atm. Cheers
