Shouldn't a video of how to use the machine include inserting the bobbin correctly? I'm trying to find that for a person who needs "a visual". So many peole having bobbin thread on top problems that can be alleviated by just inserting it correctly to have the thread in the tension guides.
Can i use other embroidery files other than the brother ones, like custom ones off etsy? Or make my own designs for it?

Does this machine have the "add" feature when editing a design? I would like to add lettering to a pattern but I don't see an "add" option when in the editing screen.
Can I put my own design I don't want from the displayed designs, I mean, I want to design my logo from the App and then put it with a flash for the machine and print it for me?
