From the INCREDIBLE but sadly underrated "Cats Without Claws" CD.
She's been Forgiven and is now singing in Heaven!
May God bring more people in the secular music to him so they may come to him through Jesus Christ also. God Bless her.

My lady Donna is in Heaven with our Father and friends/family and they are rejoicing!
Thank God for the the Internet so we can see all these wonderful clips of
Donna Summer and other great artists and many other things.
The last time I saw this, I was a teenager. Having grown up in the 70's solidly hooked on her music, I was pleased to catch her concert on cable in the mid-80's. It was right at this part (where the guy brings her the stool), and I remember how impressed I was at her confession about holding grudges and then letting them go through an acceptance of Jesus. Now that I'm in my 40's, and Donna is with Him, my perspective is different, but the piece is just as stirring. RIP Donna, you are missed.
Need this message more than ever
thank u Donna, for bn a light in the bad girl & boy world and keeping Jesus alive in my heart ✌❤🖖

Só como uma pessoa sensível como a Diva para interpretar essa música sobre o perdão sobre Jesus .
After this profession of faith in Jesus, she later appeared on Oprah in 1999 showing her artwork - one of which she painted an alien. She titled it "Star Man". She said it was her favorite out of all she painted. She also said that IF there is a heaven and a hell, she can imagine this alien looking down on humanity and wondering what we've done.
So when someone you know claims to be a Christian - look at the fruit. Examine their life.
Pacifica74 I think you misunderstood her explanation of that painting
@@cjkent88 Actually it was quite easily understood. She replaced an alien figure with what should have been God.
Pacifica74 her direct quote is:
“I painted this because I think if there’s a heaven and a hell; somebody’s up there looking down on us with this sort of sad look of what we do to our lives, and he’s wondering what’s gone make a change.”
I interpreted that as a painting about how God feels looking down on sinful man, His creation. Like in Genesis when God looked down at how sinful man had become before the flood.
Knowing her clear declaration of faith in Jesus; I’m surprised you would have interpreted her explanation of the painting as about an alien and that heaven and hell probably don’t exist... that’s clearly not what she’s saying. She never uses the word or term “alien”. It’s obviously an abstract representation of God.
@@cjkent88 She said "IF" so she's conveying she's not sure. She said "somebody" - not making clear who it is but I can tell you for sure that God is never called "star man" in the bible.
Pacifica74 it’s ART... it can be abstract! She can do a representation of God and call it Star Man if she wants to...
also the way she used “IF” you are misinterpreting... I never interpreted that she is unsure of its existence from what she said.
It’s like if I Said, “I think that if there’s right and wrong moral actions, therefore ABC...”. That doesn’t mean I’m unsure right and wrong exists... rather I am setting it up for the logical conclusion/point to follow.
I instantly interpreted “Star Man” to be a representation of God, you quickly interpreted it as alien being. Art is subjective and can be interpreted different ways.

@jrmelmer - She was a child of God even when she was sexy. We were created by God, so we're all children of God. We all just don't act like it sometimes. And, some don't even know it. Well, I'm here to let you know:)
such a missed voice!
