I’m inspired to bake this for the winter holidays. My own recipe used baking powder for the extra fluff, as well as bread flour. Aside from using salted butter, I’m thinking of toppimg with course salt so it’ll come close to a salted caramel flavor. Thank you for sharing and inspiring all of us. You are so easy to follow bc you’re very clear and pleasant voiced. 👍👍👍

Now I just need those apples. Love Granny Smith's too. One tip I learned while making my 1st batch? Use dental floss to slice that roll. Works great. 👍🏻 Thanks for the recipe...

I would definitely love having a twist to the usual cinnamon rolls, and apples and raisins at least are definitely things that always classically go with cinnamon, so I'm surprised I've never gotten that as a flavor in the store I think, like from Pillsbury and stuff. :p Didn't know you could make you can make just about everything yourself instead like this... :? Homemade cinnamon rolls with extra stuff like healthy and tasty fruit... awesome.
No, salt does not kill yeast otherwise you couldn't make any yeast breads with salt in them. What salt does it slow down and balance out the growth of yeast. This is why it's always important to follow the recipe as written so you achieve the right ratios of ingredients.

Caramel sauce is super easy to make and there are lots of recipes for it online. I don't have a video of that yet.
