I didn't realize how much I needed this song until now. The drama of 2020 caused me to attempt suicide twice, but this song prevented me from doing it a third time. I even recently had a dream that my crush and I got married, and Alice Cooper was the one getting me and my crush married. Highly unlikely that will happen, but it was really cool to have that dream. I won't give up!!!

Yup... The man that was born old, looked the same since 1993 and does not seem to ever die.
Right on, he hit a gold vein with “Last Temptation” - and has done his best work in the last couple of decades. Too bad so few pay any attention- they just want to be “back in the day.” The self-dubbed “Villain of Rock” is something of a tragic hero as well. I never miss a release, never miss a tour - his showmanship keeps getting better, too!
I'm not sure he is getting better, but he is certainly not letting off. And his backing band is top notch - perhaps the best one he's ever had during his long career.
Alice Cooper is one of the better quality people who've come from the music business and sustained himself in a real down to earth way. He doesn't know me but I consider him to be a lifelong friend.

I first saw Alice Cooper in 1971 in Philly. Humble pie w Steve Marriott was the opening act then Alice Cooper and then Black Sabbath was the headline group ! What a fucking concert!
I never heard of Alice Cooper and thought that he/she was a folk singer! I did it hit of orange barrel sunshine LSD and the rest was history!
Alice totally stole the show! Even when ozzie & Sabbath came on stage, the crowd was still chanting for Alice Cooper!

I had meet and greet tickets for the first time in my life....after seeing him religiously every summer and of course the one time I get the meet and greet package....this virus fucking gut punched my dream lol. Figures. But I'm not giving up. I refuse to die without meeting that Wonderful man. I've been listening to him since before I was born my dad was a huge Alice Cooper fan, sti is. One of my first memories is him singing along with schools out blasting on the radio with me in the carseat. He said I would clap and rock right to laugh and smile ear to ear. And I still love him just as much. I can't wait to meet him some day. Everyone says he is so nice. He's been with me through so many hard times in my life. I'm a recovering addict and he was the one consistent thing I had threw all that chaos. He was one of my biggest inspirations to get clean and change my life. Now, I'm a certified CDCA, I'm in college to be a chemical dependency counselor, I have a beautiful home, wonderful husband, and two beautiful baby girls🙂 and I truly couldn't have done it without his music. I know it might sound silly but he, in a way kinda saved me from myself. All I want is a chance to tell him that.
@@that_goth_bitch3899 Don't give up! In 1990 I won backstage passes to meet him. Radio station didn't deliver. Then in 1995 I was supposed to meet him at The World Horror Convention, He cancelled to film the Gene Wilder show. 2007 we waited outside the venue and met all the band except him, Two other times I had promises of backstage from people who had connections, never came through. I was starting to feel like it just wasn't meant to be. It was like the world was conspiring against me. Then finally in 2011 he was announced at Chiller convention and I got to finally meet him! I got him to sign my Alice skull that the rest of the band had signed and we even took a pic with it.
I get about Alice saving you. I got my first Alice album around 76 (WTMN) I was 10 and having a rough time and Alice to me was like a superhero. Larger than life, I used to pretend he could save me from all the bad stuff in the world, and in a way he did. He may not have swooped in like a superhero but he gave me a place to retreat to safety. He gave me a way to vent and even a way to fight back.
Devin Townsend is another one known to be one of the nicest guys in the scene. 👍 Spread the love. 💜
I met Alice several years ago at a horror convention. Very nice guy. Check out ‘Monster Dog’ (he signed the dvd of MD I brought), which he made in the 1980’s and the video ‘Identity Crisises’ from the movie.
Cooper still has the magic.

Incorporating fans holding signs with one word from the lyrics and using them in this video is one of the coolest moves EVER! It totally speaks to what Alice stands for - definitely one of the classiest acts in the music biz. Lifelong Alice fan since cranking Schools Out & Billion Dollar Babies back in the day when I was a teenager & these were new releases at the time 45 years ago! My parents absolutely hated what he was doing back then with the dead babies, guillotine, boa constrictor, etc. so of course I couldn't get enough of it!

This is very interesting. I met a lady in Los Angeles who recommended me to go see Alice Cooper. I told her "Alice Cooper is going to be playing in Chicago next month." She saw him LIVE. She said "He absolutely rocked it!" And then said "You should go." She searched up that concert or one of his concerts on her tablet. And let me watch it on there. It was a big tablet too. It was so cool! Just rememberd her name. It's Wendy. Now mind you I haven't gone to see him LIVE. However I find it very interesting how this song just came out.
