I've had 3 German Shepards, and never had a problem with biting or aggressive behavior. Something isn't right, and "abuse" sticks out, and wouldn't surprise me!

I agree. I’ve had German Shepherd dogs and never had one that acted aggressive. They need to recognize an Alpha (owner) in order to feel secure and safe in their “pack”. If you won’t train your dog you shouldn’t have a dog.

Seems not so long ago German Shepherds were considered dangerous. Any one else, the pooch would be put down after the first bite.
