Biden’s dog Commander involved in multiple biting incidents

The White House is making some changes after it was revealed that President Joe Biden’s dog Commander has bitten a number of Secret Service agents. In a White House briefing, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said that the first family is “working through ways to make this situation better for everyone.” NBC’s Kelly O’Donnell reports for TODAY.
