One of those bands that was so obscure and sometimes you would wonder why they were not well known. I would say out of a lot of bands to emerge from the 90's they were the most ahead of their time. Easily, the music is actually even more relevant today than it was before. Enon is great but it's not the same, I think they should make a Brainiac collectors Edition.

Over 15 years ago I watched this video and I was hooked ever since. It was also the 1st song I ever heard from Brainiac, and I instantly understood what they were making. Their music is so fucking genius! and so timeless! Brainiac will be played for many decades to come. RIP to Timmy Taylor he will be forever missed but never forgotten.

@ignignot765 Here's why nobody pays attention to this band: Jeff Mangum and Radiohead.
I said it - Neutral Milk Hotel and Radiohead, despite their worthy praise, do take away a lot of attention from some great bands. For example, Walt Mink, Brainiac, Redd Kross, Eve's Plum.

Explain how they took attention away from Brainiac? You're just saying this without backing anything with it, not that I don't believe you or anything.

@isaiah147 dude I said this 11 years ago when I got super-big into Brainiac and didn't exactly know how the indie music press cycle operated
