I’ve been trying these portraits on and off (alongside figure drawings) for a year now and Iv’e always had trouble with the proportions and distances between facial features (more specifically the nose and eyes) so I’m hoping these planes help. It's nice to keep things simple before working on drawing heads from reference. Has led to less frustration in my experience
