    *I splurged the $500 USD for this lens and the results are seriously profesional.*
    *I never regretted the purchase.*

    As I enter my 7th decade, I realized that I needed to lighten my hiking pack of my 6 pounds of EOS R and lenses, which I love. So, I added an M camera to my collection and included the 32mm f/1.4 lens. I would say that your review is spot-on. I LOVE using it, and would compare its performance with my full frame EF lenses (No RF lenses yet.). It's a bit cheaper in the US, but still not the cheapest option, but I've learned the value of spending the money well. I would agree that the hood, which is $50 in the US, should be included with the camera. That is the most expensive hood I've every purchased!

      @@photos-fera7392 Curious to hear your opinion on the 22EFM. I've been using it alot on my recent vacation, mainly because im taking most shots as landscapes and i need something a bit wider. However i noticed that the image quality is just as sharp as the 32efm.

    Great review, I'd rather have the Canon over the Sigma in this case. That Sigma 30 1.4 is big!

    What is your take on this lense on a Canon full sensor camera?

    Love your photography and nice review! Just wanted to mention that at least in US it is available for $479 rather than $699.
    I'm curious for the EOS R would you prefer the EF 35mm f/20. IS, or the RF 35mm f/1.8? I have an R and an original M.... Thanks!

    • @photos-fera7392
      @photos-fera7392  4 года назад

      Thanks so much, glad to hear it was informative. Yes in the US it is cheaper :) As for your question seeing as the RF35 is a NATIVE RF mount lens I would most certainly opt for that to keep size down. In terms of optical performance I have used both and I am hard pressed to tell the difference. the EF35 f/2.0 is also a stellar lens, I just prefer weight and size savings and not needing an adaptor. However if the EF35 was on sale and much cheaper I would certainly also jump on that price being a factor. Hope that helps mate.

    What's your opinion about the EF-M system? I already have the Sigma 16mm & 56mm and I am in need of a in between focal length. I want to buy the 32mm, but I fear that my EF-M lenses will become useless as soon as I might switch to full frame. Very informative video!

    • @photos-fera7392
      @photos-fera7392  3 года назад +1

      Well I don't see Canon dropping the Ef-M system anytime soon. The M50 is the best selling mirrorless camera in North America and Japan for the last 2 years. Also very hard to match the size of the EF-M lenses, not to mention the price/performance ratio. The 32 IMO is a no brainer, it's simply stellar and highly under the radar.

    There is nothing more frustrating in a lens review than an unboxing. It is a total waste of time.
