This is a nice unit! Keep it and use it for overnight at ITH! Change out the Sofa structure for a day bed with expensive mattress! Put a Lagune table on each end of the day bed! Use the flip up table for workstation with internet connection, with a stool! Add a small closet from IKEA, drawers on bottom, hanging rod on top! Add those new cabinets with the shaker fronts over the kitchen in white! Change the battery in the smoke detector!
All great ideas! The place really needs more windows in different places as well… They’ll end up using the loft for storage and it will block one of the only windows in the place. They also need to update the light fixtures, Hollywood lighting went out with the 90s… along with shiny wood floors.

The bed lifts up and there is a desk area underneath. There is 15w solar that powers the lights when not hooked up. It’s super cute and light weight. I’m doing some minor work on it before I put it up for sale because I want it to be perfect for the next person.
But you have no problem purchasing a $30k sedan or $40-55k pickup/utility vehicle & depreciable asset with payments spread out over 6 years @ 8.9%??? WTF. It's actually quite low for the present market, there's a lot more material and work that goes into building a Craftsman and cost of building is a lot higher now than it was a few years ago. Plenty of other builders selling similar for up to over twice the price...
No windows in the kitchen area. Nowhere to sleep on the lower level, as far as I'm concerned. The Incredi-box is so much nicer in my opinion. I realize it wouldn't have any extras, but this is way expensive for me.
Compared to the competition and or tiny home competitors Incredible Tiny homes is on the high end of design while remaining on the lower end of price. If you can not afford this way there is always building one on your own. Love everything y’all do. Waiting on the mountain to open back up with spots in the future but not to soon cause I am not ready yet 🤣
