My body skin tends to be on the very dry side and get itchy during winter season, and I absolutely love the La Roche Posay’s Lipikar AP+ Gentle foaming cleansing oil!
In my last order from Stylevana, I had ordered the By Wishtrend Vitamin A-mazing Bakuchiol Body Lotion, which I mainly use for my hands. It does smell pretty strongly of lactic acid, which isn't all that pleasant. But it works really well, although it might not be great for very sensitive skin areas. Added bonus: It has retinaldehyde in it, rather than retinol. And for hand / body SPF, I picked up a tube of Eucerin Daily Hydration with SPF 30. I kinda wish it was SPF 50 & came in a smaller tube to carry around, but this works well enough as both a hand cream & SPF that isn't sticky. It's also really inexpensive, which is nice.
For those of you who want to try body retinol, i recommend checking out the Olay body retinol ( purple bottle ), it’s super affordable, fast absorbing and smell nice
Thank you doctor for the good video, you are the best doctor I know, you give good videos and I am very grateful to you, I wish you all the best in life and God bless you
Really needed this. I don’t take care of my body nearly much as I do my face. I do have to say, they get a bad rep these days for being “too harsh”, but I used Proactiv when I was a teen and I would use it on my back and it’s one of the few things that ever worked on my bacne. My biggest issue currently is the persistent keratosis pilaris on my chest so I really appreciate you highlighting ingredients and products that might help.
I really appreciate this video. I already use the versed body lotion with retinol but may start using some of the others you recommended as well. I have recently started incorporating more kbeauty skincare into my daily facial routine as well so I appreciate those videos as well
I have been taking to using a dedicated bottle of nourishing body sunscreen for my hands instead of hand lotion throughout the day. Especially since I have to wash my hands a bunch. So far I've been using the aveeno protect and hydrate (love that one for body) 🤔 but I'm open to any recommendations from anyone for affordable nourishing body sunscreen for dry overworked hands. Super goop had a "hand screen" but I have yet to see it in stores and I'm skeptical about buying that on amazon
K secret collagen sunscreen is super moisturizing. And spf of 50, I think. Would be great for that. I think it’s around 30 dollars, which is pricey, for me. Maybe Banana Boat, the one with vitamins c and e?
@@321morlan4 oh that's a good point about the banana bot with vitamins e and c. The other one sounds great, it sounds like a good investment for winter hands especially 🤲❄️ thank you so much and I hope you have a great week! 🌿

I've been using Gold Bond Retinol Overnight lotion and have been seeing good results. I use it on my neck, too.
Same here!
It has a very effective urea content to desquamate old skin cells, too! 🥰

Necessaire also has a hand retinol. A video on body procedures would be good.

Would love to see a drug store and K-beauty version of body care.
Tret is too expensive to mix with a body lotion
That and other skincare folks have said mixing retinoids in lotion can lead to hot spots so best to use a body retinol product.
❤❤❤
