    Indulge in the rich flavors of Italy with this creamy delight, Crema di Caffe! In this video, I'll show you how to make this delectable dessert with a touch of history. Crema di Caffe, also known as "coffee cream," is a classic Italian treat enjoyed for its smooth texture and intense coffee flavor.
    For my recipe, I start with a double shot of espresso, cooled in the fridge to preserve its robust taste. I mix it with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar to sweeten the brew. Then, using a plastic water bottle, I combine the espresso mixture with heavy cream, filling the bottle halfway. After securely sealing the bottle, I shake it vigorously for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens into a velvety consistency.
    Once ready, I pipe the Crema di Caffe into serving glasses. You can customize your dessert by topping it with caramel drizzle or a dusting of cocoa powder. However, I prefer mine plain to savor the essence of the espresso. With its rich, creamy texture and deep coffee flavor, this dessert is reminiscent of tiramisu but with a delightful twist.
