Hi Rod, Very enjoyable production with great shots of boats, water and sky. Did you do any fishing? Seems like the perfect place to cook a fresh catch over the fire. Liked the remark about 'ez going guys'. Aren't all sailors? I mean, anyone willing to place themselves at the mercy of nature, with all due awe and respect, quite naturally has to be someone that is secure with themselves and therefore 'ez going'. Still shooting to join you in 2017. My wife wants to know if adventuresome ez going women are invited as well ; ) No dogs this trip? All best wishes to our fellow WR 17 sailors. Cheers, Dean & Vicky

I guess we were just too busy sailing to give it a go. The Lake does have 9 or 10 sport fishing species and has boasted some world class catches over the years. No dogs this time - Darryl's Gracie has slowed down quite a bit since 2014 and unfortunately her sailing days are over. And I left Sheba at home, keeping her mistress company. Sure nice to know that you are planning to join us. So far its been a guys only affair but that doesn't mean that it can't change. As the saying goes, the more, the merrier, and having some "adventuresome ez going women" along would provide some nice balance. I have just made sure that I added your name and address to the mailing list for The Elbow Run 2016 in case you decide to move your plans up a year. Thanks for keeping in touch. Rod
