Quick Sindhi Bhindi Aloo (Ladyfinger And Potato) By Veena

  • "Now make Sindhi Bhindi Aloo (Ladyfinger and Potato) at home. No need to order the food from the outside or visit restaurants. A homemade Sindhi Bhindi Aloo (Ladyfinger and Potato) will do the trick. A light delicacy and very easy to make can work wonders for you, be it for lunch or for dinner. Bhindi (ladyfinger) and Aloo (Potatoes) are common vegetables used across recipes and cuisines. In this Sindhi preparation, Veena combines them to make a delicious Sindhi Bhindi Aloo (Ladyfinger and Potato)
    Ingredients to cook Sindhi Bhindi Aloo (Ladyfinger and Potato):
    250 gms Bhindis( Lady fingers) 2 medium sized potatoes 1 medium sized onion finely chopped 1 small bunch of coriander leaves , washed and chopped 8 to 10 flakes of garlic peeled 1 inch piece chopped 2 green chillies finely chopped 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1 medium sized tomato chopped into 1/2 inch size pieces salt to taste 3 tbps oil

    Sindhi style bhindi aaloo bahut badhiya hai. Which is ideal cooking oil for Sindhi cooking? Like mustard oil for Bengali n peanut oil for Gujarati n Marathi dishes

    Seems delicious....just a feedback...u can communicate in Hindi....by speaking in English, you are somewhere limiting ur audience....and not making that connection that is needed for preparing food...although i appreciate ur efforts...
