He was very generous about sharing his spotlight. If he wasn't too ignorant to understand the difference between right and left (I mean right and wrong) he probably would have made less mistakes. Because he would have been less confused.

suffice to say Kurt would have HATED Limp Bizkit rap metal bullshit. and everything those bands stood for. Although I do wonder what he would have made of Eminem, having come from similar backgrounds fueled by a lot of burning anger and misanthrope, they just had very different ways of channeling it . I do believe Kurt would have despised him as a person , but still would have acknowledged his undeniable talent

He didn’t like it that much. He rarely spoke of it. He mostly liked anything that was anti-establishment. Back then, rap was still a burgeoning art form and not the tired, stagnant genre it largely is today. I’m sure he’d be disgusted with the lack of progress with hip hop’s obsession with violence, self-worship, homophobia, and misogyny. If you look at his top 50 albums list there’s only one rap album: Public Enemy at number 43. The rest is some form of Rock n Roll.

I’m really not that much of a fan.” Add in 30 years of aging, the shit state of most hip hop becoming the new establishment pop and its easy to see why people like Krist Novoselic and Billy Corgan have alluded to Kurt likely being very critical of the current state of music.
He was shot, while in a heroine coma not self induced, not a lot of people no that in the months and weeks leading up to his death death he was somewhat clean of heroine, but he was taking other opiates to stop withdrawals. He was taking a huge interest in Frances some of his last shows are the best. Not saying he did not have a problem with heroin but he was coming off it more and more frances being a big reason I think. No way did he just run from rehab then run around town in taxi's (as someone slashed his own car tyres?) and then just decide to end it all. There is evidence of kurt wanting to live EVERYWHERE Courtney has won so far in as to make most people think it was suicide. Rest in peace dude I hope the truth comes out 2018
Not surprised Kurt was kinda into rap. Dave Grohl and Pat said not so long ago that they jam to some of Lil Pump music (i guess to the beats and the catchy lyrics). I, myself love Nirvana and i can enjoy a lil peep or lil xan or even lil pump songs too as much as i do to nirvana songs, you feel me? Maybe some of you dont agree with me for liking this generations music, but hey we need some flexibility too. Much love everyone, loved the interview.
