Criminals make sure each individual crime is less than $900 and it's a revolving door. Arrested, released, arrested, released. The other day there was a Dollar Tree where people were walking in, grabbing stuff and walking out. No wonder retailers are fed up.

If they keep robbing businesses then those businesses close down and people lose their jobs. It should be based on if they are first time offenders and if they actually only stole to feed their family bc they’re out of a job, not bc they want to buy drugs or are a part of a ring. The second time they need to be held until their court date .
