      Haha yes, that spigot was MUCH needed. The only one the trail had to offer. Wasn’t expecting that. Always be prepared for anything, I suppose. Appreciate it! Rockie

    Chips that's going back in time, that must of felt some good rinsing your head up the water, good way to cool off and even thought you didn't do the 100, 50 miles is still a great ride

      Thank you Craig. 50 miles is better than 0 miles 😊 I’ll take it. & yes, I used to play CHIPS all the time when I was a kid. Classic show. These young’ns don’t know about that lol wasn’t sure if anyone would even get that reference so I appreciate it!

    I think 50 miles is a great accomplishment it was a beautiful trail even if it was rough. If you couldn’t make the 100 miles I bet you would have made it on sheer determination. You make it even if you feel done. See I told you determination. Hugs 🤗

      I like riding out & back because you don’t have a choice. If you want to get to the car and go home, you MUST keep going. There is no other way. Determination mixed with desperation 😂 Thank you so much, Suzy Q! I really appreciate that.

    50 miles is sure a lot to me, and probably most people... Cool trail, curious what's past the construction, but that's for another day.

    • @rockeastwood
      @rockeastwood  Год назад +1

      There was nothing past that construction. Just more fields upon fields. It’s serious farmland out here. But I like it! Unfortunately it seems I hit every rail trail in my area. I have no choice but to start venturing outward. I said I was gonna before but next, for sure, I’ll be in the mountains. I think it’s juuuust about camping season 😊 Appreciate ya.
