You are the man. No wonder why my driver tire rattles not only that but my tire is pushed back. Could that be the problems struts/shocks. I changed lower control arms and upper controls arms. Putter tire rid and inner is good. Steering knuckle is good. I change. Sway bar links . Wheel bearing and bubbling is good. Everytime I drive on even road car and steering shakes when I press break driver tire break don’t work good even when they are brand new. When I turn tire touches vendor??? Any help?
Thanks! Sounds like you could have several things going on. I would try to figure out the tire pushed back problem first to try and sort out. Something must be bent or broken. Try to find that component. May need to lift vehicle off the ground to shake and inspect each component. could even be a bent or broken frame/subframe. For the wheel hitting fender, has the springs been modified or wheel spacers added? If so that should be resolved that also. If the steering wheel shudders and the brake pedal pulsates when applying brakes you most likely have a rotor with excessive runout causing the problem. Could also be debris between the rotor and the wheel hub. So some inspection will be needed there also. Let me know what you find 😃
Frame is good so far I have replace lower and upper control arms. Sway bar nd sway bar links. Struts and shocks. Mechanic said frame is good subframe is good Sterling knuckle is good and bearing hub is good he can’t find what the problem is ? Any help
Something doesn't add up. Keep looking until you find it. If a wheel is touching the fender something has to be causing it. Look at everything. Sagging springs, wheel spacers, aftermarket wheels with wrong offsets, tires larger and/or wider than stock, bent or broken parts somewhere. Hang in there. It's a weird one. Let me know what your find 😃
I lifted the vehicle my right front tire wash shaking right and left when trying to move it with hands took it to mechanic something called blank shaft was loose he tight it now my tire is back in position thank you brother!!!!!!
Is there like a spring shortage or something? Can’t find any complete struts for my car that aren’t Chinese. The auto parts store doesn’t sell the spring and dealer has it on back order till idk when
Probably true. And now because of cheaper and cheaper parts being more popular vs higher and higher quality parts is hard to get to them to last. It will swing back the other direction soon hopefully 🤷
