Question: what do you call that method when you started to design the man on top of the rough sketch, I'm trying to find a tutorial about that on krita, but no luck, maybe perhaps if I know the term/ method, I could narrow it down. Thanks.

It is a standard practice for graphic design / illustration. Look for affinity designer illustration tutorials. It will show up.

Where did you get the TexTools addon? I don't see it in Blender 4.2 or on BlenderMarket.
