    Do you have a brake on that so as not to spin too fast?, cool project, brother.

      It folds up in higher winds so as not to produce sustained output much over 1000W. So, it 'self governs'.

    What is the megnatic rotator diameter ???

      Magnet rotors are 12" diameter. Each one has 12 poles (magnets) 2" dia x 1/2" thick ~ which... is a little bit more than necessary for a 10' turbine, it would stall the rotor without a fair bit of resistance in the line, or ~ the MPPT controller, which should make it pretty efficient.
