    [RECIPE]
    1. Quickly blanch the chicken wing sticks / drumettes.
    2. Prepare the boiled egg.
    3. Prepare the sauce for the chicken and egg.
    - PONZU SAUCE -
    Mix 1:1 Ponzu sauce Japanese citrus juice and water.
    If you do not have Ponzu sauce, use 200 ml vinegar, 6 tablespoons soy sauce, 6 tablespoons sugar with yuzu if you have.
    4. Add the sliced garlic and ginger to the sauce. When the sauce boils, add the chicken and boiled egg.
    5. Cover pot lid made by a cooking sheet over the ingredients.
    6. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
    7. Serve the SUPPA-ni on a plate.
    8. Garnish with pea pods.
