    [RECIPE]
    1. Harvest potatoes from the garden. Wash and peel the potatoes.
    2. About 500 g of potatoes. Cut the potatoes into 3cm pieces.
    3. Add water and a teaspoon of salt to the potatoes and cook for 20 minutes.
    4. Meanwhile, chop the onions and sauté in 5-10g of butter.
    5. When the onions are soft, add the 200 grams of ground beef.
    6. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and a tablespoon of sugar when the ground beef is separated.
    7. Once the boiled potatoes have been thoroughly drained, add 10 g of butter and mash them to a certain extent.
    8. Add the potatoes and mix well.
    9. Divide the croquettes into 8 portions of the same size.
    10. Roll out the croquettes and dust with flour.
    11. Dip the croquettes in the egg and coat them with breadcrumbs.
    12. Fry at 180 degrees for 5 minutes until brown.
    13. The croquettes are ready to serve.
    14. Serve the croquettes with the vegetables as a garnish.

    バターで玉ねぎ炒めるとコクが出るかな? いずれにしろ作りたてのコロッケはごちそうに間違いない。
