1/2 cup water
2 tbsp oil
Vegetable oil for frying
For seasoning:
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp white pepper
Beef seasoning
Salt to taste
